Very friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, new apartment with view on the lake. We stayed there around April. During this period of the year I can fully recommend the place.

We stayed one week at the Atlantide Residence. We found the location perfect for boat rental and for short trips to Garda and Malcesine. Atlantide was great for our kids, because it has a swimming pool and lies near the waterfront of Lake Garda
Atlantide has a restaurant, but it serves only from a limited menu (pizza's and such). The very busy road between the residence and the lake is a minus when you're staying there with small children. Although the residence has a parking directly underneath the premises, bigger cars can have a hard time parking and driving in and out.

Nice place on the Northern part of lake; comfortable apartments, well completed kitchen; nice view, lovely pool, good restaurant on the territory of Residence Atlantide
Lady on the reception was continuously absent at her working place (especially from 10.00 till 12.00); when we occasionally used to meet her at office, she was extremely busy and looked preoccupied )) you should also know - apartments should be cleaned by yourself, otherwise you pay 50 eur; rubbish should be taken out by yourself (it was not mentioned in hotel description); there is no free Wi-Fi in this hotel

We had a short but wonderful break at this property. The modern and cosy apartments made us feel at home from the very first moment. The view and setting were just exceptional. The digital concierge service on TV or phone was the highlight, allowing us to book almost anything in the area with just a few clicks. We will definitely be back soon!
No issues.

Equipment and localization of the building (in front of the lake).
Very noisy because of the restaurant located on the groundfloor and because of the bar on the beach: music till midnight!!! People are not friendly: staff of the residence, of the restaurant and also of the supermarket in front of the residence. The water of the swimming pool has stayed green after a storm for two days, it is not attractive!! If you want quiet holidays, don't go there!

I stayed at a hotel with very spacious and lovely apartments. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a great pool and underground parking. The location was amazing as it was very close to the lake - the water was warm and perfect for swimming. Additionally, there was a well-stocked supermarket located very close to the hotel that had fresh vegetables and bread, making it easy to get a quick meal.
Nothing could have been better.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this brand new Residence Atlantide set directly on lakefront. We stayed at a 1-bedroom appartment with a wonderful view of the lake. The appartment is spacious, clean and is well equipped. There is a designated parking for each appartment. The supermarket is just next door, made it very convinient to grab some fresh bread and cold cuts for breakfast. There is also a pizzeria in the residence. We walked from the residence to Malcesine -- a wonderful, picturesque small medievel town on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The leisurely walk on the lakeshore to Malcisine took about 50 minutes with several quick stops for picture taking along the path. It was a beautiful walk.
Each appartment has a designated parking, however on our second night, someone else took our parking space. The reception does not keep record of car plates so we do not know to whom the car belonged to. Luckily she gave us another space that belong to an empty appt. Also when you leave, you have to clean the appartment or it will cost you extra for cleaning. It would have been nice to have a vacuum.
